RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Black Flag Discs, we want to ensure you have a great experience and are happy with your discs. Below is our formal return and refund policy, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue. Please keep in mind that while we will try our best, we might not be able to resolve every situation to your satisfaction.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds will be made once products have been shipped.

RETURNS

Returns are allowed if we made a mistake on your order, such as you received the wrong product. In this case, please contact us and we will ship the correct disc to you along with a prepaid return label. You can then return the incorrect disc (new and unused).

EXCLUSIONS

Disc weight is listed by each manufacturer. Any differences from a discs actual weight and its labeled weight are not eligible for a return. When weight ranges are listed on a disc by the manufacturer, we list the mid-point of that range as the disc weight on our site.

Disc colors may appear slightly different in photos, especially for bright or vibrant colors and shades of green. This is a result of how cameras capture color in a light box, which is what we use to take our photos. We do our best to list the accurate color in the description of each disc based on what we see with our eyes. Any discrepancies in this regard are not eligible for a return.

Disc stamps can also appear different in the photos than in person. This is common with shiny stamps with designs in them. A silver money stamp might appear as plain silver; or a silver foil may appear white in the photo because of the light box reflection. As with disc color, we do our best to list an accurate foil color and design (shatter, money, sparkle, etc.) in the disc description. Any discrepancies in this regard are not eligible for a return.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at blackflagdiscs@gmail.com and we will work to make it right.
